Our Approach
Each appointment begins with an individualized assessment of your
symptoms, health history, and treatment goals. Recommendations are
tailored to your needs and may include acupuncture, Chinese herbal
medicine, or other Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities when appropriate.
Treatment recommendations and individual responses vary.
Referral to another regulated health professional may be recommended
when appropriate.
Direct Billing & Coverage
We direct bill ICBC for eligible claims and can submit claims to many
participating extended health insurance providers when permitted by
the patient’s plan. Coverage, reimbursement, and patient portions vary
according to each insurance policy.
Patients who qualify for
MSP Supplementary Benefits
may receive an MSP contribution of $23 per eligible visit.
The annual limit is a combined total of up to 10 visits across eligible
supplementary health-care services. Clinic fees above the MSP contribution
remain the patient’s responsibility.
